What Is Your Window Cleaning Process?
While most companies just wet your glass and squeegee it dry, our process includes a third process which involves scrubbing the glass. As a result, this removes the build-up of tree sap, caked on dirt and grime and bird droppings etc. that sticks to the glass. Consequently, this leaves your windows looking not only cleaner, but most of our customers agree it helps them stay cleaner longer. If other companies perform this work, it is usually at an extra charge. This process is standard on ALL cleanings from D&J Services.
How Often Should I Clean My Windows?
While we do accept once a year customers, most of our customers select our twice a year, interior & exterior cleaning or our quarterly exterior only cleanings. We offer a variation of programs for regular customers.

Shonn started window cleaning over 20 years ago with his dad as a side job in high school and had no idea what the future would hold...
In 2001, Shonn came home from playing college football in Chicago, IL and jumped back into the family window cleaning business and helped run the crew that summer.
Shonn took over Premier Window Cleaning in the winter of 2002 and ran that business until 2012. During that time, Premier was largely operated by Shonn alone, only hiring for bigger jobs. Premier serviced over 100 residential clients, numerous custom home builders, and large contractors on federal projects on Ft. Carson and the Air Force Academy. Premier serviced a large area from Denver to Pueblo.
From 2012 to 2020 Shonn maintained a small customer base of his best clients and continued to work the business, all be it on a very consolidated basis, while pursuing other interests.
In January of 2021, Shonn partnered with a business associate to form D&J Service Company out of a passion to provide a new level of service the industry has never experienced. Shonn had a deep desire to put combine his industry experience, business experience and love of serving others into this business. The company was created to fill an overwhelming need for a service leader in Southern Colorado.
